musa’s Technical Operations engineering team is our way of ensuring your environment is constantly attended to by monitoring and maintaining your systems around the clock. TechOps is a tier-3 team dedicated to watching, maintaining and enhancing your organization’s infrastructure. To ensure no outages occur and a commitment of 24/7 uptime, we remotely monitor and support all customer infrastructure, whether on-site at customer locations, in a colocation facility, or cloud based. Our service is backed by experienced engineers with specific server or network administration experience ranging from small business to enterprise settings.

Critical infrastructure under musa’s TechOps management services are monitored 24/7 and our response is included in our holistic approach to service. musa’s TechOps team handles the management of servers (physical and virtual), storage, networks, internet connections, security platforms, cloud environments, and the platforms that run today’s businesses (e.g. Mobile Device Management, Endpoint Detect and Response, and Single Sign-On). We monitor – with actual musa employees – server hardware, operating systems, and resources such as CPU, memory, and diskspace utilization. In addition to server monitoring, musa monitors network devices and other critical systems in your environment.

The Technical Operations team also maintains your critical infrastructure with patching, reconfigurations, security incident reporting, antivirus solutions and more. We utilize a library of custom scripts to automate common tasks to ensure the time the team has is spent ensuring infrastructure stability and monitoring the systems for any business-impacting alerts. And, because the Technical Operations team can serve as a point of escalation within musa, we are able to identify proactive projects that will alleviate systemic issues.
