musa’s User Provisioning service provides procurement, asset and inventory management, warranty reporting, system imaging and configuration, and image lifecycle management. Our User Provisioning team delivers a turnkey solution for onboarding and offboarding users in your environment, no matter where they are located. musa’s engineers collaborate with you to define your ideal end user computing environment, and then we take care of everything. When you submit an onboarding or offboarding ticket, our Service Desk automatically creates accounts and configures hardware, shipping it directly to your users—whether they’re in the office, at a remote site, or working from home. Each laptop is fully customized for its specific user, so you won’t need to install applications or navigate login prompts; it’s ready to go the moment it arrives. We implement conditional access policies that restrict confidential data while giving new users immediate access to the information they need to be productive. Users can start working within minutes of their first day.

For offboarding, the process is just as straightforward. We provide boxes and labels for you to ship equipment back to our depot center. Once we receive the returned equipment, we evaluate it and run diagnostics. If any repairs are needed, we schedule them with the vendor, and once complete, we return the system to your inventory for the next user deployment.
